What is coaching?
For years, star entertainers and athletes
have had coaching. Why? It's simple. Coaching has them perform and be
at their best, maximizing their potential and satisfaction.
Today, coaching is available to all of us. The arena I coach in is business
– ranging from enhancing personal or team performance, leadership
growth and development, and assisting the Executive with a variety of
issues he/she faces. Coaching is a process that helps clients create
new possibilities and goals, and reach them. In the coaching process,
clients become self-aware, identifying personal boundaries and limits.
Coaches coach their clients to push beyond these limits and boundaries.
In short, coaches provide their clients with support and structure to
better solve problems, identify and set business goals, and to enhance
individual and team performance.

What is the Value of an Executive Coach?
As a Coach,
I work primarily with clients in the arena of their business performance:
Like an athletic coach, a coach can "see" or distinguish aspects
of you and your behavior that are difficult for you to see alone--especially
those aspects that either hinder or heighten your overall effectiveness
in your business and as a leader or manager. A coach is also someone
who can hold you accountable for how you say you want to be as a leader,
and insures that you live up to your highest potential.

Unlike most coaches who simply coach their clients during their scheduled
sessions, when you and I enter into a coaching relationship, I'm your
coach, 24/7! This means the coaching doesn't end when the session ends.
My clients receive unlimited email, telephone and fax support. Often
I'll attend important meetings, critical events and presentations --
whatever is needed to assist you in evolving and growing. You'll receive
customized "on the court" coaching and learning, especially
when it matters most!
